It's not got all the champion jerseys (800!) that had, but it mixes together some of the best elements from several successful DB's and it's adapted for the latest patch. This DB is a great breakthrough from the official RealNames DB made by top PCM Spain technical designers during mid summer. Just download the program and put it into your PCM root folder before clicking on it and playing. The app called PCM Direct Connect is really useful to play online without using the Cyanide's GameCenter and to play your own games and leagues without problems. Really useful to edit all parts of the DB.
